TopoloWeb is currently a reserved application directory in the Topolo workspace. It has canonical registry coverage so the docs inventory stays complete while the product itself remains unscaffolded.

Failure Modes

• accidental assumptions that TopoloWeb is implemented can cause operators to look for runtime surfaces that do not exist

Debugging

Confirm the directory contents in PlatformApplications/TopoloWeb. If implementation begins later, replace this placeholder with real canonical docs before shipping code.
